Our journey begins at Daan Forest Park, often called the "Central Park of Taipei." We start at its award-winning MRT station and wander through the park's ecological woods. It's the perfect place to breathe in fresh air and watch locals practice Tai Chi or enjoy the bird-watching spots.

A Step Back in Time —
Showa-cho & Rongjin

We leave the park to explore the soul of the neighborhood. We visit the Showa-cho Antique Market and Jin'an Market, where time seems to have stopped. The centerpiece of our walk is Rongjin Gorgeous Time — a former Japanese government dormitory complex transformed into a boutique cultural hub. With its dark wood architecture and stone paths, it offers a "cross-cultural" charm that is unique to Taipei.
