Will we be able to interact with the pandas?
The visit to the Panda Research Center allows you to observe giant pandas in naturalistic habitats. To prioritize the animals’ health and welfare, direct physical interaction is not permitted. You’ll have the chance to watch them eat, play, and rest from designated viewing areas while our guides explain their conservation.
How do I pay for things? Are credit cards accepted?
Chengdu is a leader in mobile payments. While major hotels accept international credit cards, local tea houses and markets usually require Alipay or WeChat Pay. Are there luggage restrictions on the high-speed train?
Yes. Each passenger is allowed 20kg of luggage, with total dimensions not exceeding 130cm. If you have oversized bags, we offer a paid luggage transfer service to ensure you can board the train comfortably.
